A full course in 17 lessons with 17 exercises. Recommended items: tarot deck and journal. This course is based off of the teachings of my mentor, Dawn Grey. This course is compiled from numerous years of notes and readings, and is unlike any course you have ever taken in learning the Tarot. Why? Because by the end of this course, you will have been given all of the tools you need to be a professional caliber tarot consultant, writer, and even authority. And you will have done this in your spare time. Unlike other books and classes, I will not tell you what the cards mean to me, and what you are required to memorize. Rather I will share with you the symbols of the tarot, their meanings, and how you can increase your intuition to make personal connections with each of the 78 cards. Any real tarot professional knows that the cards and their meanings are as individual to each reader as we are as people. If you were hoping that I was going to make you do things my way, I am sorry if I have disappointed you- I will teach you how to read tarot YOUR way. And while I am at it, let me also say that this course will not make you a tarot master overnight- it takes years of personal practice and study. However, all of the skills needed are included in this course, so if you are diligent I can promise you that you will master the tarot. The first thing you need is a 78 card tarot deck in the Rider Waite format, which means that the Strength card as number 8 and Justice as number 11. My recommendations: the Universal Waite, The Rider Waite, the Hanson Roberts, the Morgan Greer, the Robin Wood… most decks do follow this format as long as you purchase a 78 card tarot deck and not an oracle deck. There are tarot decks with less than 78 cards and you certainly can use those, but you may have to modify your work with this course as a result. I am fine with whatever deck works with you so long as it was designed as a tarot deck and not an oracle deck because in most cases an oracle was not designed for multiple card spreads. However, the goal of the course is to help you be the best reader you can be, and a good part of that is learning to choose the deck that is right for you. What resonates with me may not work for you, and this course is YOUR course- I am merely facilitating the knowledge and experience I have acquired on my own journey. Please consult with me if you have any questions as to whether or not your deck of choice fits the requirements of this course. You may select ANY deck you love and you feel confident that you can use
